Alexandra Bouta has more than 28 years of continuous experience in conducting Statutory and Management audits in Sociétés Anonymes, Industrial, Commercial, Hotel, Technical, Listed and not listed on the ATHEX, Limited Liability Companies, Legal Entities of Public Law, Municipal and Public Enterprises.

As a Certified Public Accountant, she has been involved in the audit of the application of the Greek Accounting Standards as well as the International Financial Reporting Standards to listed and unlisted companies. She has carried out audits in Special Accounts for Research Grants of University Institutions and in Programs funded by the Greek State, the European Union and NGOs. She has been engaged in Mergers, Acquisitions, Demergers, Spin-offs and Conversions of Companies.

Since 2011 she has been engaged in tax audits of Sociétés Anonymes and the issuance of Tax Certificates.

She is a graduate of the University of Macedonia and holds a Master's degree from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece.
