Antonis Polychronidis, with more than 20 years of experience in the field of advisory services, holds the position of Director of Human Resources Advisory Services. Antonis utilises his knowledge, expertise and experience to deliver workshops for the development of skills and advisory support projects in the field of HR.

His energy, responsibility and passion enable clients to develop new skills, optimise the operational performance and be able to see and analyse the “big picture”.  

Antonis has been involved in a large number of projects with companies that are respected and successful in the business community and cover a wide range of industries such as Finance, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Automotive, FMCG, Organised Retail etc.

He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in International Relations from Panteion University, as well as an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School (HR Specialisation). He holds certification as an analyst from Thomas International in behavioural assessment questionnaires, certification of assessment from A & DC (Assessment & Development Consultants) and also Trainer for chief executives and senior officials certification from the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP).
