Charilaos Faltsetas is the President and Head of Management Consulting Services of Crowe Greece Consulting.

At the beginning of his professional career, Charilaos (Harris) spent about 8 years in a Chemical Products & Fertilizers company. Afterwards, he worked for 10 years as an IT Manager in the Institute of Geology & Mineral Exploration. In 1993 he returned to the private sector, and more specifically consulting, where he initially worked for 01 Pliroforiki S.A. as Manager of Public Sector Consulting Projects.

In 1995, he joined KPMG, having responsibility for the broader Public sector, initially as a Director and more recently as a Deputy General Manager.

He has carried out numerous consulting projects on strategy, business planning, reorganization, project management, IT management, performance measurement systems, etc.

Harris is a member of the Institute of Public Administration and a member of the Hellenic Management Association.

He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Mathematics and Physics, and he was further specialized in Information Technology and Operations Research.
