Meletios Siastathis, in his capacity as a Certified Public Accountant, has undertaken audits of listed and unlisted public limited companies, as well as special engagements, such as listing prospectuses, due diligence reports, conversions and mergers.
Also, throughout his long career, he is a lecturer of postgraduate studies in Applied Accounting and Auditing of public and private sector entities to the trainees of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), the University of Piraeus (UNIPI), the Economic Chamber of Greece (ECG) and also of the National Centre of Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA).
Meletios is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing.
Lastly, he has been practicing the auditing profession for more than 40 years and is a founding member of the auditing firm Crowe Greece.
