Spyros Kapsokavadis has over 15 years of experience in the Finance industry. He was a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of NBG Securities, Head of Risk Management and International Activities of NBG Asset Management M.F.M.C., Member of the Board of Directors and Risk Management Director of P&K Securities, Director of Internal Audit of P&K Securities and has worked as an auditor in Ernst & Young.

Spyros holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from the College of South Eastern Europe. He holds a C' certificate in "Client Investment Portfolio Management" from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and also holds the Advanced Diploma in Port & Terminal Management and the Foundation Diploma in Ship Operations & Management from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
